Role Overview:
Managing product categories across showrooms, ensure 100% operational accuracy and efficiency in receiving, sorting, storing, and dispatching fashion goods from our central warehouse to retail outlets across the country. From seasonal assortment planning to stock coordination, this position ensures our fashion-forward products reach the right place at the right time, maintaining optimal product mix and availability across all retail points.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze retail product categories, performance, and lifecycle.
- Oversee 100% accurate receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping/loading of finished goods (FG).
- Ensure on-time outlet delivery through strict adherence to WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and SOPs.
- Conduct cycle counts, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual inventories to eliminate stock discrepancies.
- Forecast demand and plan product assortment in alignment with season/festivals.
- Ensure timely SKU placement, price validation, and POS readiness across showrooms.
- Assist in launching new collections with accurate stock mapping & visibility.
- Monitor slow-moving, high-margin, or new arrival products across regions.
- Generate detailed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory & distribution reports.
- Draft monthly logistics and warehouse budgets aligned with annual goals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Retail Outlets, Production, and Sourcing teams to align FG stock with market demand.
- Ensure real-time documentation of all FG inward/outward movements.
Qualifications & Skill:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or Supply Chain.
- 5–7 years of experience in retail fashion, category management, or warehouse management.
- Strong data skills: Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Google Sheets, Power BI.
- Familiar with retail ERP, POS systems & stock movement tracking
- Strong sense of fashion & retail product knowledge preferred
- Experience in showroom operations or fashion lifestyle brands is mandatory
