Situated in Tongi, Gazipur, the facility spans 57,629 square feet and operates with 15 modern sewing lines. With a dedicated workforce of 1,460 employees and an annual production capacity of 4.8 million pieces, this factory delivers consistent excellence across tops, bottoms, and dresses for men, women, and children.

Billah Resources Ltd. is fully certified by leading global compliance standards including BSCI, WRAP, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, Oeko-Tex, Higg FEM, ISO 14001 (EMS), and Better Cotton Initiative. The factory has achieved 100% remediation in fire, electrical, and building safety, recognized by Accord. It operates with a robust efficiency rate of 57% and a man-machine ratio of 1:2.3 — reflecting both its technical strength and workforce productivity.
